| Abstract: | As one of credit instruments, bills have played an important role in promoting the development of realeconomy, and the credit value of bills will be realized through bill transactions in the market. Therefore, establis-hing a sound bill market is an important financial support for the development of real economy in one country （ re-gion）. Such successful experiences in Taiwan bill market as positive market-maker mechanism, complete marketsystem, and effective risk prevention and control system, etc. , can provide useful enlightenment for the develop-ment of the mainland bill market. |
