我国新兴产业短缺性人才供需模型研究

摘    要:本文从知识经济时代下我国新兴产业短缺性人才的特点研究出发,以经济学供需理论为基础建立人才供需数学模型。通过对人力资源的供求均衡分析,阐述我国新兴产业人才短缺性问题的解决方案;对于我国顺利实现现代化、推进我国知识经济下新兴产业的高效运行具有重要的理论意义和实践指导作用。

Abstract:This paper descends from the research of the characteristics of the shortage talented person in new industry under the knowledge-economy ages in China, taking the economics supply and demand theories as the foundation create talented person supply and demand mathematical models. Through the supply and demand equilibrium analysis of human resources , elaborated the solution of the shortage problem about the talented person in new industry of 21 century in China. It has important theories meaning and instruction in fultillment for China to realize modernization smoothly and facilitate the new industry efficiendy under knowledgeeconomy ages
