| 摘 要： | 近年来，奎屯市商贸服务业取得了较快发展，但也存在着服务业总量偏小、基础设施薄弱以及结构不优等问题。今后应综合奎屯市的四大地位与五大突出发展优势，从建设“奎屯-北疆商贸物流港”出发，主动培育面向中亚商贸物流圈的“奎屯成长极”。

| Abstract: | Kuitun City has been an important center of logistics, commerce and trade since its construction. In recent years, with the rapid development of industry of commerce and trade service, problems such as relatively low gross of service industry, the weak infrastructure and inferior structure have come up. The paper advances countermeasures to cultivate commerce and trade logistics circle facing central Asia based on the superiorities of Kuitun City. |
