| 摘 要： | 企业为了加强内部的激励机制,提高企业的经营效率,必须选择一套合适的绩效评价方法。针对建筑施工企业绩效评价指标体系的特点,并考虑客观赋权的因素,提出了一种新的综合评价方法——-因子熵值法,介绍了因子熵值法,并运用该法对建筑施工企业绩效进行了评价。
