基于因子熵值法的建筑施工企业绩效评价

摘    要:企业为了加强内部的激励机制,提高企业的经营效率,必须选择一套合适的绩效评价方法。针对建筑施工企业绩效评价指标体系的特点,并考虑客观赋权的因素,提出了一种新的综合评价方法——-因子熵值法,介绍了因子熵值法,并运用该法对建筑施工企业绩效进行了评价。

Abstract:In order to strengthen the internal incentive mechanism and improve the business efficiency of enterprises,Enterprises must choose a set of appropriate performance method.In view of the characteristic of the performance appraisals index system of construction enterprise,And Consider the factor that composes right objectively,This text have put forward a new synthesis appraisal method:Factor-Entropy Method,And Has conducted the research on Factor-Entropy Method from the theory and practice through one construction enterprise performance appraisal.
