| 摘 要： | 本文采用因子分析法，对劳动力要素状况进行了全面分析，对京津冀都市圈中三省市的劳动力要素整体状况进行了比较，并将京津冀的劳动力要素状况与珠三角、长三角的劳动力要素状况进行了对比，以全面衡量京津冀的劳动力状况，从而更好地促进劳动力的合理流动。

| Abstract: | This paper conducted an overall analysis about the labour essential factors condition in this three municipalities and provinces called Jing,Jin,Ji Metropolitan Area using the factor analysis method to make comparison of that among the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta separately in order to fully assess the labour force situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and thereby to further promote rational flow of l china's labour force. |
