| 摘 要： | 我国“入世”后 ,在驰名商标保护方面将面临严峻挑战。驰名商标由于企业保护不力或其他原因而转化为商品的通用名称 ,使企业丧失该驰名商标专用权 ,危害极大。因而如何防范驰名商标被通用对企业尤为重要 ,为此必须完善我国的商标法。

| Abstract: | After china joins WTO, the protection of well-known trade marks corands will face severe challenge. It enterprises fail to protect their well-known trade marks, the famous brands will be commoniced. This commonization will lead to great loss. So how to prevent the trade marks from being commoniced has become an urgent issue. This paper is about several suggestions to improve the "Trade Mark Law" of china. |
