传统武术项目在高校体育教学中的实践研究

随着高等教育进入素质教育时代,教育更加重视培养人的思想道德素质、能力培养、个性发展、身心健康教育。本文以素质教育为基础和出发点,从传统武术运动的风格和对培养大学生身心健康的益处等方面的作用出发,对在高校体育教学中开展传统武术项目提出分层教学的建议。

Practice Research of Chinese Traditional Wushu in Physical Education Teaching of Colleges

With higher education enters into the era of quality education,education pays more attention to the training of ideological and moral quality,ability,personality development,physical and mental health education.In this paper,with the quality education as the basis and starting point,started from the traditional martial arts style and the benefits of training students' physical and mental health and other aspects,layered traditional Wushu teaching suggestions in the university sports program are proposed.
