外资银行发展状况考察:商业存在的国际化

本文在银行商业存在国际化形式的比较说明之后,着重从微观角度评述了国际化的动因,分析了客户追随、利润机会和业务竞争等影响因素。从金融中心、发达国家、发展中国家三个不同层面考察、分析了国际化的状况。最后得出:商业银行走出国门与否服从于总体发展战略,国外机构的经营业务是从地区和业务领域内渐次铺开的,并对商业存在国际化的路径进行了简要设计。

Investigation into the Development Status of Foreign Funded Banks: Internationalization of Commercial Existence

Following a comparison of internationalization patterns of banking commercial existence, this paper discusses from the micro perspective the cause of internationalization and scrutinizes such variables as customer chasing, profit opportunity and business competition. Moreover, it examines status of internationalization at three levels: financial centers, developed and developing countries. It is concluded that: it is the overall development plan that dictates whether commercial banks should go international or not and foreign institutions spread their business operations regionally and business-wise. The road to internationalization of commercial existence is briefly designed.
