我国优质蔬菜产业结构及竞争态势

通过美国管理大师迈克尔·波特(Michael E.Porter)的“五力”分析模型和有关产业组织理论,从微观层面来透视我国优质蔬菜产业结构状况,并以优质蔬菜销售企业为核心,对优质蔬菜的买方、卖方、替代品和潜在入侵者的威胁进行剖析。结果表明,现阶段我国优质蔬菜销售企业竞争激烈,威胁较大,随着国内外优质蔬菜企业涌现和进入,潜在进入威胁将加大。

Chinese High-quality Vegetable Industrial Structure and the State of Competition

Based on the Michael E.Porter's five-force analysis model and the relevant industry organization theories,the in- dustrial structure condition of Chinese high-quality vegetable is seen through from the micro view level.Taking the selling enterprises of high-quality vegetable as the core in the analysis,the threat from the buyers,sellers,substitutes and the latent invaders of the high-quality vegetable are anatomized respectively in the paper,it is found out that for the moment Chinese selling enterprises of high-quality vegetable are facing intense competition with a big threat,and as the emerging and en- trance of new domestic or foreign selling enterprises of high-quality Vegetable,the threat will be bigger and bigger.
