| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present situation of urban construction investment bond and evaluates the current debt risk.Compared with urban construction investment bond,municipal bonds have advantages such as clear repayment responsibility,high transparency and dispersive investors. This paper puts forward the transition path to the municipal bonds. |
