On the Total Quality Management--the Innovation of Government Management Thoughts

To our government, it is a new topic to carry on total quality management in the government. This thesis firstly explains the signification of the "total quality management" and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of practicing total quality management in the government as well. Finally, it brings forward a primary conception and indicates that we could not set up service-model government until we practice total quality management in our government.
