| 摘 要： | 当前，高技术及其产业发展已成为国际竞争的焦点，本文归纳了世界主技术产业发展的主要模式，分析了世界高技术及其产业发展对我国的产业结构高速，国家安全，人才培育体系等方面的影响，针对我国的实际情况，提出了政策建议。
