摘    要:结合河北省某制药企业原水水质,以膦羧酸、膦酰基聚羧酸和聚羧酸三元共聚物为主剂,研制出新型低磷水处理剂HB-987.采用极限碳酸盐硬度法和旋转挂片法,考察了该药剂的阻垢和缓蚀性能,结果表明:新型低磷水处理剂HB-987对高硬度、高碱度水质具有优异的阻垢、缓蚀性能.

Abstract:According to raw water quality of a pharmaceutical enterprise in Hebei province,a new low phosphonic water treatment agent HB-987 was developed with phosphonocarboxylic acid,phosphono polycarboxylic acid and polycarboxylate as main agents.The performance of corrosion and scale inhibition were investigated by limited carbonate hardness method and rotary hanging-piece method.The results show that HB-987 has good performance of corrosion and scale inhibition for water quality with high hardness and high basicity.
