金融产业集群发展研究——以河北省为例

金融产业集群包括金融业本体和为金融业提供软硬件支持的有形及无形产业三个层次,具有核心性、知识性、高端性、低碳性和高效性五个特征。河北省金融产业集群建设尚处于初级阶段,进步较快,差距仍大,亟待做大做强。为此,河北省要高度重视大金融问题,发挥优势抓住机遇,出台支持金融产业集群发展的激励政策,谋划建设一批金融产业集群重点项目。

On Development of Financial Industry Clusters:A Case Study of Hebei Province

Financial industry clusters include the finance itself and the tangible and intangible industries that offer hardware support for finance,with five features: nuclear,knowledge-based,high-end,low-carbon and high efficiency.The construction of financial industry cluster in Hebei Province is still in the initial stage.Though much progress has been made,the gap is still large.Therefore,the province shall stress the financial development,design stimulation policies for the development of financial industry clusters,and plan a series of key projects.
