工业随动系统中模糊PID控制器的设计及应用

摘    要:随着工业控制的发展,对随动系统的动态响应能力及稳态精度的要求越来越高.针对目前的发展趋势,以斜波信号和恒值信号作为信号源,介绍了模糊PID的控制原理,提出了运用非对称隶属度函数方法解决该系统中存在的参数时变的问题,缩小了误差,提高了系统的响应能力.实验结果表明系统的随动灵敏度和稳态误差得到了明显改善.

Abstract:The development of industrial control demands the servo systems have increasingly high dynamic response capability and steady state accuracy.In view of the current trends,this paper gives a Fuzzy-PID system that uses the ramp signal and the constant signal as the signal source,and introduced the principle of Fuzzy-PID control.The system offers a solution to the issue of time-varying parameters,which reduces error and increases system responsiveness.Experimental results show that the dynamic sensitivity and steady state error can be significantly improved.
