人们对企业社会责任的主体、客体与内涵存在着争论,究其原因是对企业社会责任资源依赖性缺乏认识。对资源的依赖性是企业社会责任产生的本源,企业社会责任资源的依赖性包括对资源本身的依赖性和对资源依赖关系的依赖性,它们是企业配置社会责任的依据。一般来说,某种资源对企业的贡献率、"黏合性"和稀缺性越大,企业就应该对资源提供者承担更多的社会责任。
