服务业员工情绪智力、动机与情绪劳动的关系

摘    要:服务行业需要员工付出情绪劳动。本文基于情绪智力理论和动机理论,提出情绪智力可以通过内、外部动机,影响情绪劳动策略的假设。研究结果表明:(1)员工情绪智力通过内部动机影响员工深层行动,通过外部动机影响员工表层行动;(2)情绪智力对深层行动的正效应大于对表层行动的正效应,说明情绪智力在促进深层行动方面具有更重要的作用;(3)外部动机可以转化为内部动机,从而影响深层行动。

Abstract:Emotional labor is needed in service industry.Based on the theory of emotional,intelligence and motivation,we supposed that emotional intelligence influenced emotional labor significantly,with in- trinsic and extrinsic motivations as mediators.The results shows that:(1)emotional intelligence not only has a positive effect on deep-action through intrinsic motivation,but also has a positive effect on surface- action through extrinsic motivation;(2)emotional intelligence has a stronger relationship with deep-a...
