辽宁省水资源生态足迹与生态承载力分析

摘    要:基于水资源生态足迹分析法,计算辽宁省万元GDP水资源生态足迹及水资源负载指数,对辽宁省2006—2014年的水资源生态足迹、生态承载力及水资源生态足迹的影响因素进行分析,并根据辽宁省63个市县的情况,探寻各影响因素对水资源生态足迹的影响特点及程度。结果表明:研究期间大多数年份,辽宁省水资源生态承载力小于水资源生态足迹,万元GDP水资源生态足迹逐年下降;水资源开发利用程度较高,经济发展效应和人口增长效应对水资源生态足迹的增长起推动作用,水足迹技术效应和水足迹结构效应对其增长起抑制作用,各因素的综合作用使得水资源生态足迹呈波动下降趋势。对于辽宁省各县市,水足迹技术效应均对水资源生态足迹的增长起抑制作用,经济发展效应均对其起促进作用,水足迹结构效应及人口增长效应的作用效果依地区而异。

Ecological footprint and carrying capacity of water resources in Liaoning Province

Abstract:Based on the ecological footprint analysis method for water resources, the ecological footprint of water resources per 10 000 yuan GDP and the carrying index are calculated. The ecological footprint and carrying capacity of water resources as well as the relevant influence factors for the ecological footprint of water resources in Liaoning Province from 2006 to 2014 are analyzed. The features and influence degrees of various influence factors on the ecological footprint of water resources are investigated from the perspective of 63 counties in Liaoning Province. The results show that during the most years in the study period, the ecological carrying capacity of water resources is less than the ecological footprint of water resources. The ecological footprint of water resources per 10 000 yuan GDP decreases year by year. The development and utilization level has reached a very high degree. The effects of economic development and population growth push the growth of ecological footprint of water resources, while those of water footprint technology and water footprint structure suppress the growth of ecological footprint of water resources. The combined effects of various factors make the ecological footprint of water resources exhibit fluctuant decreasing trend. The effects of water footprint technology suppress the growth of the ecological footprint of water resources in all the counties in Liaoning Province, the effects of economic development push the growth the ecological footprint of water resources, and those of water footprint structure and population growth have different functions in different counties.
