水库移民安置区城镇化发展模式选择——以白鹤滩水电站移民安置区为例

研究影响城镇化发展的主要因素,确定移民安置区城镇化发展模式的指标选择和评价方法,综合运用多层次分析法和熵权法,分析各种因素对城镇化的贡献程度,以此为依据进行城镇化发展模式的选择。将白鹤滩水电站移民安置区的城镇化发展模式概括为:综合发展导向型、矿产资源加工导向型、生态旅游导向型、农产品加工带动型4种模式。然后对白鹤滩水电站移民安置区的8个乡镇进行综合研究,分别确定其主导产业、发展方向及区域增长模式。

Selection of urbanization development modes in reservoir resettlement areas:Case study of resettlement area of Baihetan Hydropower Station

The main factors for the urbanization development are studied. The index system and the evaluation method for the urbanization development modes are established. The contribution degrees of various factors to the urbanization are analyzed by comprehensive use of the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method. The urbanization development mode is chosen based on the results of the evaluation. Combined with the actual situation of resettlement area of Baihetan Hydropower Station, the urbanization mode is mainly divided into four modes: comprehensive development-oriented mode, mineral resources processing-oriented mode, ecological tourism-oriented mode, agricultural product-processing-oriented mode. Finally, eight towns in the resettlement area of Baihetan Hydropower Station are comprehensively studied, and the dominant industries, the development direction and regional growth patterns are determined.
