| 摘 要： | 本文从我国生态环境资源严重问题的现状及前景出发,分析了循环经济发展观形成的直接的、深刻的背景和原因;论证了循环经济发展观的若干内容和特征;确立循环经济发展观的意义和作用在于,它是实施可持续发展战略的重要实践方式,是科学发展观的具体体现和贯彻。
