摘    要:随着航空运输业的快速发展,多跑道机场趋向于常态化.而停机位作为运输资源的核心,如何考虑跑道的因素进行停机位分配对机场综合运营效率至关重要.考虑跑道并基于最小化飞机场面滑行时间建立停机位分配优化模型,利用ILOG CPLEX优化器求解,以得到合理的停机位分配方案,并将多跑道分配结果与单跑道进行对比分析.以国内某机场为例予以验证,结果表明:所建立模型可以在合理时间获得较优停机位分配方案,考虑多跑道因素可以减少场面滑行时间332 min,相比于不考虑跑道时提升7.92%,验证了跑道对于机场运行效率的重要性.

Abstract:With the rapid development of air transport industry, multi runway airports tend to be normalized. As the core of transportation resources, how to assign gate considering the factors of runway is very important to the comprehensive operation efficiency of airport. Considering the runway and based on the minimization of aircraft surface taxiing time, an optimization model of gate assignment is established, which is solved by ILOG CPLEX optimizer to get a reasonable gate assignment scheme, and the results of multi runway allocation are compared with that of single runway. Taking an airport in China as an example, the results show that the model can obtain better gate assignment scheme in a reasonable time, and the surface taxiing time can be reduced by 332min considering multiple runway factors, which is 7.92% higher than that without considering runway, which verifies the importance of runway for operation efficiency of airport.
