| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国沿海多地相继成立海洋产业投资基金，这从一定程度上提振了涉海企业信心，但距离取得促进海洋产业发展的明显成效仍有很大差距。本文从海洋产业投资基金的发展历程、运作模式等方面入手，通过大量的实证案例，结合国家政策，总结了目前海洋产业投资基金发展面临的三大问题，并结合相关理论和实践提出优化投资阶段选择、突破区域隔离限制、创新业务模式、完善考核管理机制等方面建议。
