| 摘 要： | 孵化器是以促进科技成果转化、培养高新技术企业和企业家为宗旨的科技创业服务机构。近年来,孵化器已成为推动区域经济增长、增加就业机会和创造新的经济增长点的重要手段。由于受区域发展水平的限制,各家孵化器管理和服务能力良莠不齐,科技企业创业服务标准针对孵化器现有的服务流程及服务内容进行了规范和明确,对提升孵化器的综合服务能力,推动区域经济发展具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Incubator as an organization for sci-tech startup sevice aims to promote the transformation of sci-tech achievements and cultivate new-high technological enterprises and entrepreneurs.In recent years,it has become an important way to propel the regional economy,create more jods and new economic growth points.Because of unbalanced regional development level,the management and service of the incubator are not satisfactory.Therefore,the standard of startup service of sci-tech enterprise regularizes the service process and contents of it,which contributes to the development of it and has great significance for the development of regional economy. |
