新时代加强网络文明建设问题研究

加强网络文明建设,对于维护广大人民群众的根本利益、维护国家安全、加强社会主义精神文明建设具有重要而深远的意义。由于种种因素的制约,我国网络文明建设还存在着队伍建设有短板、网络管理法律法规不健全、网络媒体社会责任缺失、网络文明素养教育不到位等方面的问题。因此,必须从加强网络内容建设和管理、打造各主体协同共治的新工作格局、建立"三治"联动的网络治理体系等方面着手,推进新时代网络文明建设。

Research on Strengthening the Construction of Network Civilization in the New Era

Strengthening the construction of network civilization is of great significance for safeguarding the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people,safeguarding national security,and strengthening the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.Due to the constraints of various factors,there are still some problems in the construction of network civilization in China,such as short board of team building,network management laws and regulations are not perfect,network media lack of social responsibility,network civilization literacy education is not in place and so on.Therefore,we must start from strengthening the construction and management of network content,creating a new work pattern of collaborative governance of all subjects,and establishing a network governance system of"three governances"linkage to promote the construction of network civilization in the new era.
