| 摘 要： | 资金是推动高科技产业化的重要力量,资金的缺乏对高科技企业的创业和成长都构成致命的约束。而目前我国高科技企业普遍面临着融资渠道不畅、资金供给不足的问题。因此进行融资方式的创新是高科技企业现阶段解决资金瓶颈的惟一出路。本文详细介绍了风险租赁的概念、运作方式、特征以及重要意义,并指出风险租赁恰好就是这种创新行为的理性选择。

| Abstract: | Capital is an important motivation of the high-technology industrialization. Lack of capital is a fatal restriction to the high-technology Enterprises. However, the most Chinese high-technology Enterprises are facing the lack of capital. Therefore, the innovation of financing is the only way to solve the problem. This article comprehensively illuminated the concept, operating pattern, characteristics and importance of venture lease, and pointed out venture lease is happened to be the reasonable choice of financing innovation. |
