| 摘 要： | 恩施州生态家园工程是以“五改三建两治理”为核心内容的富民工程。通过对恩施州实施生态家园工程的调查，文章总结并分析了工程建设所取得的成效与经验，由此得到了山区新农村建设的三点重要启示。

| Abstract: | The Eco-household Project in Enshi that means five changes-three buildings-two controls is a rich people's project.This paper mainly sums up the effects and experiences of the Eco-household Project in Enshi.On these bases,it is shown that three important enlightenments on building the new socialist countryside in mountainous area at the end of writing. |
