| 摘 要： | 世界各国的许多城市中,文化遗产丧失其原初功能后面临被废弃的命运,旅游业的发展为其带来转机,但同时也造成对遗产真实性的破坏.针对这一矛盾,澳大利亚遗产委员会会同国家可持续发展研究中心提出遗产地成功发展旅游业的7个指标,以协调遗产保护和旅游开发的关系.甘熙宅第是南京市现存最大的民居建筑群.白上世纪80年代被发现并改建为民俗博物馆作为旅游景点开放以来,其文物保护工作不断加强,但也存在忽视社区参与、非物质遗产失去活力等问题.
