| 摘 要： | 企业的供应链并不是相对独立的,在合作竞争逐步演变成为主流竞争方式的特定背景条件下,以资源共享、要素互补、网络协同为特征的供应链联盟已成为企业供应链竞争的必然选择。基于此,从串行联盟与并行联盟、同位联盟与错位联盟的角度来剖析供应链联盟的典型形式,比较不同联盟形式的差异性,从中看出不同供应链联盟形式都存在着一定的风险。供应链联盟的静态博弈模型,可以体现出供应链联盟的存在条件。

| Abstract: | Not being alone,the enterprises supply chain has been developed into Supply Chain Alliance(SCA)with the characteristics of resource sharing,mutual complement and net association under the conditions that the cooperative compe- tence is the main competence form.The paper analyzes the typical forms of Supply Chain Alliance from the view of Serial U- nion and Parallel Union,Appositional Union and Stagger Union.These forms are compared to make out their differences.It presents a static game model of SCA against all existing risk in their forms,which reflects the conditions of SCA. |
