| 摘 要： | This paper comprehensively compares two expansion strategy manners of firms, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of M＆A and strategic alliance respectively. Combining with the state-owned firms reforming waves, the author points out that M＆A as external development strategy of state-owned firms is better than strategic alliance. |
