Pay reference arbitration and the disclosure of information

This is the second of two articles which bring together two aspects of industrial relations: the practice of arbitration and the disclosure of financial information at general pay claim references. This article reports and discusses the findings of a mailed questionnaire survey of ACAS arbitrators and offers some general conclusions.
