| 摘 要： | 本文分析了广州市能源使用和消费情况,并且对广州、北京、上海、天津、重庆、深圳、苏州等七大城市的碳排放和二氧化碳排放情况,低碳发展相关指标进行了比较,分析了广州低碳发展的瓶颈制约因素,提出了低碳广州行为方式的总体思路、创新路径和支撑体系。
