The Basal Claim Procedure for Contractors in Construction Period

This paper introduced claim procedures that the constructor does to the owner in the construction. The procedures include: Bringing up the claim, the sending of the claim data, negotiation, intermediation from the agent, handing over to the arbitrament organization or court. Actually, not all the claim procedures will appear. For example, there is no need of turning to the arbitrament organization or court after a successful intermediation. Thus the contractor's legal rights can be protected under the procedures mentioned in this paper.
