Acceleration of private economic development of Three Gorges areas through emigration

Private economy has become the main force in the process of socialist modernization construction. This paper takes Gaoyang Town as an example and points out that the economic development of Three Gorges areas may sufficiently make use of the historic opportunity of emigration by means of multi-ownership economic development to develop private economy, which is important to changing backward society and to realizing the goal of an all-round well-off society.
