| 摘 要： | 代表机关是企业法人最重要的机关之一，但是，在旧的经济体制的影响下，我国法律把企业法人的代表机关规定这一个人——即法定代表人。在市场经济条件下，定一制度的许多弊端逐渐显露出来。本文提出了完善我国企业法人代表制度的一些设想。

| Abstract: | The representative organization is one of the most important one in an enterprise le-gal entity. However, under the influence of the old economic mechanism, the law stipulatedthat the represcntative organization be one natural person - a legal representative. Underthe conditions of market economy, its defects come to stand out gradually. This paper offerssome tentative ideas about how to perfect our representative system of the enterprise legal enti-ty. |
