| 摘 要： | 用户调查是用户研究中最重要的研究方法。文章介绍了当前在国外及中国台湾地区，研究人员在进行用户检索行为研究时惯常使用的研究方法，包括：问卷调查法、访谈法、小组讨论法、实验法、观察法、出声思维法和记录分析法七种。
