以就业为导向的高校旅游专业阶梯式人才培养模式研究

改革开放以来,特别是进入21世纪以后,我国旅游产业规模基本形成,旅游饭店、旅行社等业态开始走上了快速发展的道路.随着旅游业的发展,旅游专业一度“升温”,各高职高专、民办高校、自学考试、函授和夜大等纷纷开设旅游专业.但同时大部分旅游专业毕业生面临就业难的问题,如何培养适应旅游业发展的高层次人才,解决旅游专业毕业生就业难的问题,成为我们亟待研究的课题.

Research on the Ladder Training Mode of College Tourism Major Talent of Employment-oriented

since the reform and opening up ,especially after entering twenty -first Century, China~ tourism in- dustry has basically formed, Tourist Hotel, travel agencies and other industry embarked on the path of rapid development. With the development of the tourism industry, tourism professional once ＂warming＂, the higher vocational colleges, private colleges and universities, the self- study exam,correspondence and evening have set up tourism spe- cialty. But at the same time, most of the graduates majoring in tourism is facing the difficult problem of employment, how to cultivate high -level talents to adapt to the development of tourism industry, the tourism graduates to solve the difficult problem of employment, become our urgent research topic.
