电子废弃物的污染防治与资源化

随着我国家用电器的普及,数据处理设备和数字通讯设备的广泛应用,如何处理已经废弃的电子设备,成为一个新的环境问题.相比而言,发达国家在电子废弃物的污染防治和资源化方面积累了一定的经验,并建立了相对完善的法律法规体系.在此通过对电子废弃物危害性与资源性两方面的分析,借鉴欧盟、日本、美国对于电子废弃物管理的法规和模式,对我国目前电子废弃物污染防治和资源化进行了一些探索,从法规、政策方面提出了建议.

Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution from Electric Waste and Its Recovery and Utilization

With the popularity of domestic electric appliances and the widely application of data processing equipments and digital communication equipments in China, how to dispose the abandoned electric equipments has become a new environmental problem.However,the developed country has accumulated relatively more experience on the pollution prevention and utilization of electric waste with the more complete relevant laws and regulations system established.By analyzing both the potential hazards and utilization of the electric waste, with the reference of the regulation and pattem for the electric waste management in EU,Japan and USA,this article carries out some discussion on our current pollution prevention and utilization of electric waste and brings forward with some suggestions from the aspects of regulations and government policies.
