兰州市城关区新型工业化发展战略研究

通过对兰州市城关区工业化进程的分析和综合评价,得出城关区正处于工业化阶段的后期,需要建立现代的、集约化的、技术层次高的、靠创新推动的、对环境相对友好的工业体系,走新型工业化道路。城关区新型工业化的发展,需要以大力发展都市工业,积极发展生物医药等高新技术产业为着力点,以推进生态工业发展,建立循环经济模式为引擎,以建立＂飞地经济＂模式,解决土地资源困境为突破口,推动工业化与信息化的融合,促进城关区工业化与城市化的协调发展。

Research on the Developing Stratagem of New-type Industrialization in Chengguan District of Lanzhou

By the analysis and comprehensive evaluation to the industrialization process of Chengguan District in Lanzhou ,we obtained a conclusion that Chengguan District is in the later stages of industrialization,and it needs to estblish a kind of industry system that is modernized, intensive,high technical, driven by innovation, and environmentally friendly to follow the road of new industrialization.The development of new industrialization in Chengguan District should focus on the development of city industry and high-tech industry such as bio-medicine industry, depend on promoting the eco-industrial development and establishing circular economy model , and regard the found of ＂enclave economy＂ model and resolution of land resource dilemma a~s a breakthrough,to promote the integration of industrialization and informatization, and to promote industrialization and urbanization of Chengguan District coordinatedly.
