| 摘 要： | 本文利用1998—2007年中国17个主要烤烟产区的投入与产出面板数据建立了随机前沿生产函数模型，并对我国烤烟生产的技术效率进行了测算和分析。在此基础上，进一步探讨分析了技术效率的时间差异、地区差异和收敛性。结果表明，烤烟生产技术效率随时间波动且地区差异明显，但从全国来看，各省份之间的烤烟生产效率具有趋同的趋势。

| Abstract: | This article constructs Stochastic Frontier Production function model and analyzes the technical efficiency of tobacco production on the base of panel data with out-input of 17 major tobacco producing areas from 1998-2007. Furthermore, we discuss the efficiency differences of different time, regions and their convergence. The result shows that the technical efficiency of tobacco production fluctuates with time at random and different regions display a marked difference. At the same time, if on the view of the whole country, the tobacco producing efficiency difference of every province shrinks as the time changes and they have the same trend. |
