市场秩序的元制度分析

为了深入分析市场秩序与市场制度之间的关系,本文从基本制度形态———元制度着手,利用博弈论方法,分析元制度与元秩序之间的关系,进而分析市场制度与市场秩序之间的关系,提出建立和完善市场秩序的具体途径及措施。

Proto- Institutional Analysis of Market Order

Starting from the proto-institutions, the basic institutional type, the author of this thesis analyzes the relationship between proto-institutions and proto-order by using the approach of game theory for the purpose of analyzing the relationships between market order and market institutions. Then, the relationship between market institutions and market order is discussed on the basis of previous work in this paper. Finally, the author puts forward some practical measures and countermeasures for establishing and improving market order.
