| Abstract: | Fixing attention on "latecomer's advantage",and realizing the stride-over type development is the strategy of the big development in western region in now to choose.But careful examine,it would be discovered that western region exit many heavy predicaments that latecomer's advantage lose.This text tries to investigate this kind of predicament,find out the reasons,and then establish the homologous counterplan. |
