| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国投资市场上出现了形形色色的“原始股”诈骗案，给投资者造成了巨大的损失。本文叙述了原始股发行现状，分析了原始股各种风险，并提出了相应的风险防范建议，为投资者和有关部门决策提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | In recent years, there have been all kinds of ＂primitive stock＂ frauds in China＇s investment market. Quantities of investors losed their money. The article describes the actual state of primitive stock＇s issuing, analyzes the risk, addresses the advices against the risks for investors and provides basises of decision-making for investors and departments. |
