农户采用农业技术的行为选择与 决定因素实证研究

农业技术的推广运用在农业生产中的作用日益显著,也是推进农业与农村现代化、实现农业增长方式转变的关键。文章基于农户的实地调研数据,利用Logistic回归分析模型,对农业技术有效供给条件下农户采用农业技术的决定因素进行了实证分析。实证结果表明,农户耕地面积、农户的文化程度、农业技术的培训及农业技术的盈利性对农户采用农业技术行为具有积极影响;然而,订单农业的签订,加入农业专业合作社对农户采用农业技术行为具有消极影响。研究分析表明,现阶段要提高我国农业技术的推广使用效率,应进一步提升农户的整体受教育水平,加快土地流转,实现土地的规模化生产经营,加大对农户的技术培训,大力推进农业生产的标准化生产,加大农产品质量安全的监管力度,提升农业技术的投入产出比,充分发挥农业技术在促进农业发展、增加农产品的附加值、实现农业生产的标准化等方面的作用。

RESEARCH ON THE DETERMINANTS AND CHOICES OF THE AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION : AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE PEASANT HOUSEHOLD

The sustainable development of the modern agriculture is more and more inseparable from the progress of the agricultural technology, and the role of the agricultural technology intension in the agricultural production is in-creasingly significant, which can promote the industrialized operation of the agriculture, increase the farmers ' in-come, and improve farmers' production and living conditions. Agricultural technology is also the key to promote the agricultural and rural modernization as well as to change the development way of the agriculture. However,the tra-ditional agricultural technology popularization was the"top -down" mode, which had not really considered the technical demands of the farmers, and causing the low efficiency promotion of the agricultural technology, leading to the low production efficiency. Therefore, from the perspective of the farmers' demands, it should clarify the influ-ence of the peasant household behavior choice and determinant of the technology adoption, thus to change the tradi-tional way of the agro-technical popularization "top-down" to "bottom-up" mode of the agricultural technolo-gy, achieving the balance between the supply and demand of the agricultural technology and meeting the needs of the farmers for the practice technology. According to the characteristics of the agricultural technology selection, it-should innovate the agricultural technology promotion form and improve the working efficiency of the agricultural technology. Based on the survey data of the Jiaozhou farmers, using the Logistic regression analysis model, under the background of the effective supply of the agricultural technology, this paper empirically analyzed the determi-nants of the agricultural technology adoption. The results showed that the farmers' arable land area, the farmer's cul-tural level, the agricultural technology training, and the profitability of the agricultural technology had positive in-fluences on the farmers agricultural technology behavior; however, the signing of the order agriculture, whether joining in the agricultural professional cooperatives for farmers or not had the negative impact. In order to improve the service efficiency of Chinese agricultural technology promotion, it should further enhance the overall level of the education of farmers, speed up the land circulation, realize the large-scale production and operation of the land, increase the technical training of the farmers, promote the standardized production of the agricultural production,su-pervise the quality and safety of the agricultural products, enhance the input-output ratio of the agricultural tech-nology,apply the agricultural technology in promoting the agricultural development, increase the added value of the agricultural products, and realize the role of the standardization of the agricultural production.
