摘    要:高职院校开展专业顶岗实习已较为普遍,但相应的实习质量动态监控及过程保障研究尚处于初步阶段,针对科学、高效的顶岗实习质量保障体系需求日益显然。本文结合我院中美合作软件专业顶岗实习过程,采用立足过程评价、服务决策策略、促进递进循环的PDCA管理模式,阐述基于该模式的顶岗实习质量保障体系内涵和方法,并针对PDCA模式应用过程中的具体成效及关键问题进行总结分析,为今后同类软件专业的顶岗实习质量控制提供了重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Although speciality post practice has been widely implemented in higher vocational colleges, it' s still in the initial stage for them to conduct the corresponding research on dynamic quality mornitoring and process guarantee of practice so that the demands ton scientific and efficient qualityguarantee system for post practice are increasing dramatically. In this paper, combining with the actual process of post practice of our college' s software speciality cooperated with America, we adopt the PDCA management mode, which is based on process evaluation, serves decision-making, and promotes progressivecirculation, to elaborate the connotation and construction method of post practice quality guarantee system based on this mode. Ultimately, directing at the process of PDCA application, we summarize the concrete effectiveness and analysize the key problems,which provide great reference value for similar software speciality in quality controling of post practice.
