| 摘 要： | 改革开放后,河北民营企业从无到有,不断发展壮大,逐渐成长为促进社会生产力发展和河北经济发展的重要力量,为河北经济发展注入了新的活力。但比起一些发达省份还存在较大差距,所以必须分析河北民营企业发展的现状、特点,以及存在的主要问题,才能就进一步发展提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Recently private enterprises of Hebei Province have developed quickly as an important force of promoting the economic development of Hebei Province.But compared with developed provinces,there are still large gaps.The paper analyzes the situation,the features and problems that the private enterprises have encountered in Hebei Province.It puts forward the measures of improvement. |
