知识管理对大学生就业核心竞争力形成的调查分析

随着各高校的逐年扩招,大学生的就业问题逐渐成为社会的热点问题,通过对高校就业管理和大学生个人实施知识管理,有助于高校和大学生双方面提高其核心竞争力,从而促进大学生成功就业。通过调查问卷和深入访谈,对大学生的知识管理以及大学生就业核心竞争力的现状进行了调查与分析,并提出了建议。

Survey and Analysis of Relation between Knowledge Management and University Students' Employment Core Competitiveness

With increasing enrollments of the universities every year,the employment problem gradually become social hot issue,the university employment management and personal knowledge management will be conducive to enhance their core competitiveness,thus promote the university students＇ employment.Through the questionnaire and in-depth interviews for college students,this paper investigated and analyzed the knowledge management and the situation of students＇ employment core competitiveness,and put forward some suggestions.
