| 摘 要： | 学生党员核心竞争力取决于党员内部生态因子与外部生态因子的互动和适应。本文从学生党建工作实际出发,将"生态位"理论引入高校学生党员核心竞争力建设,着力提升学生党员的生存、发展和竞争能力,最终实现党员核心竞争力与党支部团队凝聚力的统一。

| Abstract: | The student party member core competitive power is decided by the party member interior ecological factor and exterior ecological factor interaction and the adaptation.In this paper,the reality of Student Party,the nichetheory into the core competitiveness of college students party,we will focus on enhancing student members of the survival,development and competitiveness,and ultimately the competitiveness of party members and the core team cohesion and unity of the party branch. |
