摘    要:碾盘山水利水电枢纽水库属于平原河道型水库,为满足河段防洪要求,减少堤防加高加固工程量及淹没损失,当洪水来临时,可考虑设置临界流量。当水库来水流量大于此流量时,水库以下游安全泄量为目标,尽量敞泄洪水,将库水位从正常蓄水位降低。本次研究以正常蓄水位加临界流量所形成的回水线较正常蓄水位加安全超高的控制线不新增淹没或增加淹没较少为原则,确定了合理的临界流量数值和洪水调度运行方式,进而计算水库回水水位。

Abstract:Nianpanshan Water Resources and Hydropower Project is a river-type plain reservoir. In order to meet the requirements of the river stretch flood control,reduce the construction amount from the embankment heightening and strengthening as well as the relevant inundation loss,a critical flow rate can be considered to be set when flood comes. If the incoming flow rate is larger than this critical flow rate,the discharge for the downstream safety can be taking as the objective for the open discharge as mush as possible,so as to lower the reservior water level from the normal storage level. In this study,the principle of that no newly increased inundation or less increased inundation to be caused by the backwater line created by the normal water storage level plus the critical flow rate when compared with the control line for the normal water storage level plus the safety freeboard is taken,and then the reasonable numerical value for the critical flow rate and flood dispatching operation mode are determined,furthermore,the water level of the reservoir backwater is calculated as well.
