| 摘 要： | 随着社会的不断发展,人们对健康质量的要求日益提高,促使护理工作呈现出多元化的特点.文章主要从内外两方面论述如何加强护士队伍的建设,即一方面护士要对本职工作具有正确的认识,积极培养和提高自身综合素质,提高业务能力;另一方面医院要提供支持和发展空间,促进护士主观能动性的发挥.

| Abstract: | With the development of the society,the health quality of people is improved greatly,which makes nursing task diversified.This paper mainly discusses how to enhance the construction of nurse team from two aspects.On one hand,the nurses need to carry out their duty responsibly,improve their own integrated quality and professional ability;on the other hand,the hospitals need to provide the support and stage for the development of nurses so as to bring into full play the initiative of the nurses. |
