我国农村劳动力文化程度与经济活动能力的相关性分析

本文认为,我国农村劳动力的文化程度与经济活动能力相关性不高,不少地区农村劳动力的文化程度比较高但经济活动能力并不高,有些地区农村劳动力的文化程度比较低但经济活动能力比较高,这说明造成我国农村劳动力经济活动能力高低的因素是复杂的、多方面的,并不完全取决于农村劳动力文化程度。我国农村劳动力的文化程度与经济活动能力相关性不高的影响因子还包括农业科技应用水平、农村的经济发展水平及农村劳动力转移就业状况。

A Relevancy Analysis on Literacy and Economic Capability of China''''s Rural Labor Force

The author puts forward that educational level is the primary indicato r of labor force literacy in rural areas, while income per capita of the rural population is the principal reflection of rural labor force economic capability. Rural labor force educational level and rural population income per capita may therefore be used for relevancy analysis on literacy and economic capability of China,s rural labor force, including analysis on degree, characteristics and factors of relevancy of China,s rural labor force literacy and economic capabil ity. The author points out that, in China, the literacy of rural labor force i s not closely relevant to their economic capability. So, factors that will infl uence the economic capability of China,s rural labor force are very complicated .
